The hotel truly feels like a “Grand Hotel” with excellent facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were great! The only downside is that you can hear the central air‑conditioning noise when the windows are open.

Breakfast was perfect, except for the scrambled eggs—hot skillet scrambled eggs just don’t exist on a buffet! I loved everything, even finished my scrambled eggs.

The structure and room are beautiful, but a 5‑star hotel should offer both firm and soft pillow options, not just firm ones.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent, but everything else felt overpriced. There’s no 24‑hour room service, the bars close at 10 p.m., the outdoor restaurant was shut even though the weather was nice, and the garden area was neglected with used cups on the tables.
