The spot was close to the river, but the constant bird and neighbor noise was awful. The unit felt outdated for the price, so I ended up checking out a day early.

The unit was spacious, bright, and airy with plenty of kitchenware, and we liked the first impression when we arrived. It’s close to the river, which is great for walks and coffee carts. Unfortunately, there was no Wi‑Fi, so streaming services were impossible. The main bedroom lacked air‑conditioning, the place was noisy with no soundproofing, and the communal BBQ area was directly opposite the apartment. The pillows were unsatisfactory, the ensuite shower was tiny, and ants were everywhere—my daughter and I were bitten countless times by the smallest ants I’ve ever seen, hiding in the rattan chair and everywhere else.

The location opposite the river was lovely, perfect for strolling, and close to restaurants and shops. Nothing else to note.

The location was great, within walking distance of all the coffee shops on Gympie Terrace. One room didn’t have air‑conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable with the heat in Noosa.
