The breakfast was good and the location was convenient. However, after the massage the spa staff didn’t give us time to relax; the lights were turned on immediately and we were told to get up and leave.

“Uitstekend”

The hotel is fantastic, and I want to give a special shout‑out to Mahmoud Essam! We had a wonderful holiday at Three Corners Happy Life Beach Resort in Marsa Alam. It’s a beautiful hotel right on the beach. The food is very good and the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant. If you love diving, this place is a must‑visit; the Red Sea is stunning! What made our stay extra special was Mahmoud Essam at the reception. He recognized my brother and me right away, even though we’d only stayed once before at another hotel in the same chain. That shows how much personal attention he gives his guests. Mahmoud was ready for us immediately and helped with everything we needed. We also had a very enjoyable evening with him, chatting extensively. He’s intelligent, friendly, hospitable, and very approachable. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel instantly welcome. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Marsa Alam. The great food, beautiful beach location, and friendly staff make the stay complete. And if you meet Mahmoud Essam, be sure to say hello! He added that extra touch to our holiday. Thanks for the wonderful service and personal attention! Everything was top.

The resort is very well maintained and cleanliness is excellent. The dining offers good first courses and good second courses, always varied on alternate days. We found a week with very strong wind and it was not possible to swim.

“Excellent GEM in marsa allam”

It’s my second stay. I’ve been trying to book this hotel all summer but it was fully booked. The hotel is perfect and a good value for money, better than many big brands on the Red Sea coast and much cheaper. First, the staff greeted us at the door and insisted we go to lunch, but we went to the room which was ready before our arrival at 1 pm. The room was upgraded, it was big and the bed was very good, and it was cleaned every day. The food was perfect, the taste and quality were very good, the meat was good and easy to chew, which is a good sign of quality I use during my stays in resorts in Egypt. The variety was good. The swimming pools were clean and there were many pools of different sizes, but they need to review the heating policy in winter only; at least one pool needs to be heated during autumn. Bars and snacks were tasty. The staff were very helpful from reception and guest relations, checking on us every now and then; bar staff were very responsive and gave good service; housekeeping and security were helpful; pool and beach staff helped whenever we asked without asking for tips, which was good as I saw very bad examples this year in big‑name resorts in the Red Sea, but in Happy Life staff did their best without waiting for any tips. Kitchen staff were very good and responsive whenever we asked for anything. I will try to book again soon and book early to avoid any full booking; this hotel will be my sole destination in Marsa Alam from now on. Everything was perfect and I will repeat for sure.

“Fantastico”

Siamo stati davvero molto bene e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Tutti e sottolineo tutti i ragazzi dello staff sono stati magnifici: gentili, simpatici e cordiali. L’animazione stupenda e i ragazzi davvero in gamba, organizzate ogni festa con grande professionalità. La bariera corallina è una delle migliori abbiamo visto delfini e tartarughe direttamente dall’hotel. Buon cibo e pulizia. Era tutto perfetto , camera con vista mare fantastica e super pulita
