The spot was close to the attractions we cared about, but the bathroom felt cramped, the TV had no instructions, and we paid for parking and had to climb stairs. We never met any staff, everything was handled remotely.

The location was great, near town, the river walk, and the train station, and it was very quiet at night. However, because the building is older, the walls were a bit thin and you could hear other people talking.
