“Un loc de poveste în care abia aștepți să te întorci”

An absolutely extraordinary place, the kind of spot where you arrive as a guest and leave feeling like you’ve discovered something truly special. Legend Valley is, without exaggeration, one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. Everything feels like it’s lifted from a story: superb wooden architecture, the surrounding mountains and forest, the river, the incredibly clean air and the rare quiet. It’s a place that somehow makes you slow down instantly and forget the daily bustle. The location is spectacular. In the morning, stepping outside to see the mountains and forest around you, hearing water and nature instead of traffic is simply priceless. It’s one of those ideal spots if you want to read, write, create, think, meditate, or simply do nothing for a few hours. It has a special energy, and with Sarmizegetusa Regia and the entire area of Dacian fortresses so close, there’s even something almost spiritual in the atmosphere. At the same time, it’s not just a destination for isolation and quiet. I can picture it perfectly in the summer with a large group of friends or family: long days outdoors, evenings with a barbecue, stories on the terrace, nature everywhere and enough space to feel you have your own mountain corner. It’s the kind of place you can come for a romantic weekend, a few days of complete reset, or a vacation with a large group, and the experience works just as well. A separate chapter deserves the hosts. Incredible warm, welcoming and authentic people who make the difference between ordinary accommodation and a place where you truly feel welcome. It’s clear that Legend Valley isn’t just a business, but a place built and cared for with enormous soul. Attention to detail, atmosphere and the way you’re received say it all. The biggest problem was that I couldn’t stay longer. 😄 Seriously, the biggest issue with Legend Valley is that when you leave you already start thinking about when you’ll return. For peace, nature, inspiration, creativity, spirituality, time with loved ones, or simply an escape from everyday life, I can’t imagine a more suitable place.

“superb”

Everything matched our expectations: spacious, clean rooms with bright, tidy bathrooms, all new and modern yet perfectly blended with the rustic vibe of the cabin. The nearby stream added warmth at lunchtime. The large, well‑kept yard gave us plenty of space so we didn’t feel crowded by other guests, offering privacy compared to other properties, plus ample parking, a grill area, a cauldron and a separate fire pit. I didn’t know a hot tub was available and couldn’t request one on site, but otherwise it was perfect. Thanks for the coffee and the complimentary tea. Note that the location isn’t near any shop; if you need something you’ll have to travel about 20 km to Costesti.

“absolut grozav”

The location was fantastic and the hosts absolutely wonderful, the rooms were tastefully equipped and furnished, the view was gorgeous and the facilities were fabulous, even the nearby river added to the charm, though we had to leave far too quickly.
