The location was great, restaurants and supermarkets were very close, and communication with the owner was good; nothing to highlight.

Vicent, the host, is a wonderful person; he pays attention to every detail and the accommodation is ideal for a few days in Paris. The neighborhood is full of places to eat, shop, and grab a drink, and you have metro, bus, and train stations just a 5‑minute walk away. It is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in regarding equipment and comfort. The only issue is that the property is right across from a market, so you’ll hear trucks unloading in the very early morning, especially if you’re a light sleeper.

The location is great, the metro is quickly reachable with two stops almost at the same distance. The apartment was clean, the owner was available, and although check‑in was normally scheduled for 3 pm, we were already in the area an hour earlier and he managed to send someone to welcome us. Even though the area is quiet, there are some venues at night and the patrons can be quite audible, although it calms down shortly after midnight. In the early morning, several vehicles supply the nearby businesses and can be louder than the evening crowds. Despite the apartment being clean, we found the dishwasher full of washed dishes and the bathroom cabinet and other storage units with products that seemed to have been left by previous guests.
