“Great Location for Steel Ring Kart Circuit! Great Hotel. Staff super helpful. Met every requirement”
The hotel met all our needs: my son was racing at the Steel Ring Kart Circuit, and the location was less than 5 minutes away. The place offered great value, was clean, and had everything necessary. We stayed on the 9th floor in a large, spacious room with a balcony. I would highly recommend it and will book again next year when we visit Steel Ring. The restaurant and bar were very affordable, and all hotel staff were very helpful. We arrived after a heavy delay caused by UK Air Traffic Control grounding flights, but the security guard didn’t bother to check us in at that early hour; he simply handed us the keys so we could go to bed. I’ve never seen that before, as most hotels want you to pay immediately. The location is great, near restaurants and a supermarket too. Highly recommend this hotel. Nothing else was lacking for me and my son.
In the room at the end of the corridor the Wi‑Fi signal was very weak. I asked reception to fix it, but by the end of the week they still hadn’t done anything.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception stayed open 24 hours a day, with security watching the entrance at night. They offered a breakfast bundle that included a sandwich, sweet pastries, a cookie, fruit, water and juice. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel sits right in the city centre. However, there was a small square in front of the hotel where local groups gathered in the late afternoon and evening, and when I returned I didn’t feel completely comfortable, though the hotel isn’t to blame for that.
