The location is undoubtedly a highlight, with many cafés and restaurants nearby, easy walking access to several city attractions, and public transport close by. The themed room is pretty and comfortable. I’m not sure if it was the room’s location, but there was a lot of noise from both the street and inside. The bathroom is beautiful and well‑maintained, but very small.

I had to change rooms and the new one was still broken. The staff handled it decently, but the price was too high for such terrible rooms. The AC was broken, the TV didn’t work, the coffee maker jammed, and the shower had mold.

What stood out was that they accommodated our request for two single beds.

The location was ideal, close to everything and easy to reach the sights by tram, and the staff were very nice. The rooms were small, the mattresses thick and uneven, the bathroom cramped with no legroom when seated, not very clean, and the old toilet brush left a bad impression; plus the whole floor got very wet after every shower.
