The room didn’t match the booking photos at all; it was almost literally like a tent, with covered windows, very small, no table, and no way to eat mango or watermelon from the market. It was nothing like what we expected when we booked. The beach is full of homeless dogs that sleep on the mats, and nobody removes them; the staff just walk around as if it’s normal. The environment felt awful in those dirty conditions. At one point the electricity went out in our “nice” bungalow. I asked nearby staff, and they said they didn’t know, then handed me a reception phone number and told me to call myself. When I asked the owner if I could get a bigger, better room, he said he would only know in the evening and would call me then. I never received a call afterward. In the end we had to book a normal hotel in three days.

The place is more than wonderful and new to me; everything is nice and different, with a fantastic staff, beautiful sandy sea, tasty food, clean rooms, and the overall vibe feels like you own the place.
