I was really impressed with how the hotel handled my complaints when I checked in late. Despite not having internet, they didn't make a big deal about it and let me stay without any issues until late at night. However, the staff's attitude was really off-putting - they were quite aggressive and got defensive when I tried to stand up for myself.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel, from the modern decor to the friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials you'd need. The location was perfect, close to public transport and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops.

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. I had to repeatedly ask the staff for room service, which was frustrating. The bathroom was also a major letdown - it was clean, but the shower was tiny and the water pressure was weak. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the issues with room service and the bathroom made it feel like a bit of a hassle.

The only thing missing from this hotel was a kitchen or at least a vending machine for a quick snack. But honestly, it's not a deal-breaker. The lack of tea and coffee facilities was a bit of a hassle, but I managed to find a nearby café to get my morning fix.
