I arrived early in the morning and they told me there were no free rooms and sent me to another hotel, which was very expensive. Horrible.

The hotel room I got is very clean and has all the amenities I need. The location is good, close to the metro station as well as the railway station.

The room had a meager supply of bedsheets and comforter, the staff were untrained and unprofessional, and overall the experience was disappointing.
