The location is excellent for visiting New York City. The rooms are nice, with a comfortable bed, clean linens that are changed daily, and a shuttle bus stops every 5 minutes outside the door, taking you to Times Square in 20 minutes. The staff are friendly, and there are restaurants and some shops within walking distance. The breakfast isn’t very extensive, but it’s reasonable for the nightly rate. There’s no laundry machine in the hotel; a laundromat is a 10‑minute walk away.

The hotel was clean and offered breakfast, but the bathroom light burned out and the staff claimed they had none to replace it, never fixing it. The TV stopped working, was repaired once, then failed again the next day with no follow‑up. Wi‑Fi was terrible. Some staff were pleasant, others rude. I booked a week for my daughter and granddaughter, and they had a poor experience, paying a high price for subpar service, leaving me very unhappy.
