The hotel’s location is great, but the room stank of mildew and the bathroom had chlorine. It was stuffy, and the window faced the service yard and a street, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. It was noisy, and there was no restaurant or bar in the afternoon or evening. The facility feels old.

I couldn’t pay by card and didn’t receive a receipt; I was left without any change to give back. The doors were locked. It was a disaster.

The food was very good, clean, and tasty, and the staff were definitely a plus. The property itself is a plus. A coat rack at the entrance would help, and the kitchen closes quite early.

Not much to say. On the third floor, I would never book again if it were clearly stated that there’s no window blackout, no night lights, dirty carpet, below‑standard bedding, and oddly sized duvet covers. Even though the price of 220 zł seems reasonable, such accommodations shouldn’t be offered.
