I was very pleased with how warmly I was received; from the moment I walked in, the staff were polite and friendly, and even though I had booked a tent, they offered me a cabin, which I appreciated. Over the phone they were kind, answered all my questions patiently, and were always ready to help. Overall, it was a nice experience with staff who behaved appropriately. The only annoyances were the lack of water pressure in the evening, making it impossible to shower, and the absence of clear signage at the entrance. I was told I had received the first cabin, but because it was right at the entrance, several people mistook it for the reception and bothered me even at midnight, with people knocking on the door for information. Additionally, for guests staying overnight who want to know if more rooms are available, there was no clear way to contact someone—no phone number displayed at the entrance. A sign or visible indication showing where the reception is and how to reach staff outside regular hours would be helpful.
