The security personnel were friendlier than the hotel staff, breakfast was decent, the elevator worked, and the lobby looked tidy, yet the noise level was high, the kitchen staff were inexplicably rude, the room felt cramped, the bathroom lacked cleanliness, the deluxe room seemed more like a single room despite its price, and I won’t recommend it.

Located right in the heart of VI, the rooftop restaurant offered a pleasant ambience with tasty food and drinks, and the breakfast selection was adequate; staff were prompt and courteous, yet loud club music from a neighboring venue persisted until 2 am and upstairs noises disrupted sleep, the room was compact with limited space, and the Wi‑Fi was unreliable.
