The location, service, and hotel facilities were great. The only issue was the limited juice options; they only keep bottled or canned juice in the fridge, not in small cans. They offer beer, water, and soda, but no canned juice. Also, the towel service only has one drop‑off point with a restricted schedule, so it could use an expansion.

The food was flawless, the rooms comfortable, the staff fantastic, and the recreation team was highly dedicated to the guests’ experience. Everything was excellent.

Everything was great, the food was excellent with a wide selection, the rooms were roomy, and kudos to the bartenders who were very attentive and made amazing drinks. The only downside was that the pool cleaning could have been better.

The staff were helpful and the facilities were decent, but the noise from the pool area was far too loud for the rooms nearby and even the main restaurant felt overcrowded. The restaurant should have been better sound‑proofed, yet it couldn’t accommodate the number of guests. In front of the hotel’s beach, street vendors, horse stalls, tour boats, a gasoline‑smelling sea, and people in kayaks made it impossible to enjoy the sand, which was left dirty.
