The rooms are tiny, no AC or fan, and the stairwell is dark. The building feels old with damp spots in some areas, and the price is high for what you get. The only bright spot is the location.

The place is in a convenient spot, but the room is cramped, with old wooden doors and furniture, and sheets that are smaller than the bed. The bathroom is uncomfortable—no proper toilet seat, no separate shower enclosure, and the shower floods the whole room floor.
