Unfortunately, our stay here was marred by a few issues. The lift was out of order the entire time, and we weren't even informed about it. To make matters worse, the staff kept telling us it would be fixed soon, but it never happened. We also had to ask for toiletries, which were only provided after we complained. And to top it all off, the noise levels were through the roof, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

We'd booked this room a month in advance, but when we arrived, they had the nerve to ask us for an extra 500 rupees to confirm the booking. And to make matters worse, the room had no window, which made it feel like a prison cell. We had to open the bathroom door just to get some air circulating. Other than that, the hotel seemed okay, but the extra charge and lack of natural light were major issues.

This place has its perks, but the location is a major letdown. It's not exactly in the heart of the city, which is a shame because everything else about the hotel is decent.

I had a fantastic stay at Nandan Residency, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The hotel itself was spotless, with clean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. And the location was a major bonus, making it easy to explore the area and access local attractions. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
