Everything was great. The staff were very available, smiling, and welcoming; Mr. IZAD was always helpful and ready to assist with luggage. Breakfast was decent, and the room‑service attendant on level 12 was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and regret not switching to Grand Mercure earlier. Nothing to report.

Everything was great—location, staff, and facilities all excellent. The only thing I might mention is the swimming pool; since it stays very hot all day, the hotel could improve comfort by adding more shade and trees around the pool to make the area more pleasant.

I liked the location and the staff were friendly, but the car park looked more like a budget spot than a 5‑star hotel. The room had been renovated, yet the cleanliness left something to be desired: the floor was sticky, the toilet door frame was covered in a thick layer of dust that anyone could see, and the door handle was faulty. The breakfast buffet offered very few options, and while the price seemed cheap for a 5‑star property, the overall experience didn’t match my expectations.
