Right off the freeway, but the staff tried to mask cigarette smoke in the non‑smoking hallway with an air freshener, yet mold was visible on the walls. A man in the common area was on an inappropriate video call. When I entered my room, the odor was overwhelming, mold was on the air vent, and a thick layer of dust on the furniture showed the room was rarely cleaned. There were holes in the wall, the ceiling was sagging, the tub was filthy, and the comforter had burn stains everywhere. To top it off, guests down the hall started yelling and fought physically. At the front desk I was told I should intervene and tell the men to keep it down; they offered no room change or to talk to the other guests. I declined to stay, was not refunded, and they never followed up about the charge. The whole experience was disgusting and not at all what was advertised. Stay away from this property.

I paid for breakfast, yet all that was served was coffee. The place smelled like smoke despite claiming to be non‑smoking, both in the hallway and in my room. The survey’s 5‑star rating feels misleading; I’d rate it 3 instead.
