The staff serve with a smile, but the place is full of mosquitoes. The bed is covered with them, there are dead mosquitoes right at the entrance and on the bed, and dozens are flying around in the air. I’m not allowed to change rooms, and the bed sheets haven’t been changed for me either. There are no bath towels or face towels available. I originally booked for two days, but I am not allowed to cancel the reservation.

The hotel itself is really lovely - clean, airy, and private. It's a shame the front desk staff didn't quite live up to the rest of the place, though. They could've been a bit more professional.
