The staff were very obliging. The TV didn’t work, the shower was either scalding hot or lukewarm, the toilet paper ran out, the shower gel nearly ran out, the lift required going down to the ground floor to reach the 16th floor from the 8th floor, the rubbish bin wasn’t emptied daily, and a dripping noise outside the window woke me up at night.

The location was good. The receptionist tried to scam me by asking for money for some sort of tax when I arrived (I had already paid the full amount online) and demanded a ridiculous price for an extra bed.

The spot is fantastic and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room felt cramped and the lift was slow, plus it’s not accessible for disabled guests.
