The room smelled like it hadn't been cleaned, the linens seemed never changed, the bathroom felt filthy, and the whole place looked messy and poorly maintained. I didn't see a pool and just felt uncomfortable.

I booked a daily rate for a freelancer to stay at my company. When the freelancer didn't work, the host, Aline, refused to refund the difference or accept another guest, insisting the person could use the 30 days paid by my company. This was unacceptable.
