The hotel is a ten‑minute walk from the airport and the cleanliness was flawless; the housekeepers were noticeably more cheerful and helpful than the front desk staff. However, the rooms on the fifth floor were badly insulated, and after two months of staying in hotels this was the first time I was asked for a 500 000 Kips deposit for the room key.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport was a plus, but the room itself was tiny and windowless, which made it feel quite gloomy; overall, the experience was just so‑so.

We had a lovely, bright, and practical room with comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness. However, the bathroom door and toilet door didn't quite close properly, and you couldn't lock them either.
