The hotel is amazing, especially the staff’s treatment. The owner sent me a WhatsApp with instructions and facility hours, gave us dining tips, and even let us use the sauna a bit longer because we arrived late. She spoke Spanish, which made communication easy. The breakfast was beautiful with unbeatable views. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature—ideal for a couple of days to enjoy the area. The spa has two saunas, a Turkish bath, and a reading area. A pool or jacuzzi would have been nice. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. The price is a bit high, but comparable or even cheaper than other accommodations nearby. There is no laundry service.

The breakfast was fine, and the staff were courteous. The balcony is shared, and with neighboring smokers, smoke drifted into the room, reducing privacy.
