The place was clean, but the hotel entrance shuts at night. We had to use the casino entrance, which was chaotic, filled with cigarette smoke, drunk patrons, and no security, raising safety concerns. I even found empty alcohol bottles and glasses on top of my car bonnet, and people were sitting on my car bonnet at night.

Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. Located near all amenities for easy use.

The hotel's linen and food were top-notch, but the check-in process was a bit of a letdown. I waited for over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the desk, and when they finally did, they didn't even apologize for the delay. It was a bit of a strange start to our stay.
