The experience was mixed, with aspects that were both good and not so good.
While my stay at this hotel had its share of issues, I was pleased with the housekeeping services, which were efficient and thorough. However, other aspects of my stay fell short, including the service and overall quality of the rooms.

I paid a high rate and got nothing of value—bathrooms smelled bad, towels were odorous and there were no decent shampoos or body wash, the toilet flush was broken, and there were no hair dryers or magnifying mirrors in the room. The restaurant staff seemed indifferent to guests, and there was no complimentary breakfast at the price I paid, making the whole visit utterly disappointing.
