The rooms are very small, probably only accommodating two small adults at most. Since the hotel is budget‑priced, it’s understandable that accessories are limited. The good thing is its location—close to Jagatpur, Gota, or Tragad. The breakfast is good, and nearby food options are also good. Overall, a 3/5 experience. The payment policy was not communicated clearly; coming from Singapore, I didn’t know I had to pay separately to the hotel in advance. They don’t accept credit cards, so I had to do a bank transfer.

This place is more of a lodge than a hotel, with a very old rusted interior. I struggled a lot to get hot water for bathing. They don’t have their own restaurant; they contracted a ground‑floor restaurant. Breakfast was not good and was at the level of street food. Rooms, facilities, management, and breakfast were all disappointing.

The place is really swanky and the breakfast buffet was good. Unfortunately, we could only stay for a few hours because we had to catch a flight the next day. There was no signboard directing toward the hotel, neither on the road nor inside it. They should clearly mark the hotel so people don’t mistake it for just a gym or sports facility.

The location and value for money are fine. However, against a confirmed booking for 2 rooms, only 1 room was provided. Even after confirming by phone before check‑in, they didn’t even bother, and the service was pathetic—hopeless.
