“Comfortable stay but need more effort on maintenance”

This villa's got some great things going for it - it's spacious, has nice views, and you're close to the mountain and Lijiang Old City. The restaurant staff are super helpful and friendly too. However, it's clear the place could use some maintenance; the interior finishes and furniture are looking a bit worn out, and the balcony door was broken. And yeah, I get that bugs can be a problem in resorts, but I was a bit surprised to find them in my room and even in my luggage.

“Would denfinately come here again”

I was really happy with my stay in this villa - it felt luxurious and the daily housekeeping was a nice touch. The staff were fantastic, especially when I had a medical emergency and they were super helpful. The views from within the hotel grounds were just exceptional. My only gripe is that a two-bedroom villa really should have two bathrooms - that would've made it perfect.

“Beautiful position and design / needs some love”

The hotel's design and location are definitely its strong points - the view is great and it's nicely set up. However, some of the rooms could do with a bit of attention; I noticed some issues with the decor and not all the phones were working. Still, it's a nice place to stay.

“Excellent service and would come back again if I have the chance”

I was pleasantly surprised by this place - it's not right in the touristy bit, but it's easy to get an Uber and that was a much better option than lugging my bags around the old town's uneven paths. They also had golf carts to take you around the resort, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great too, with a good selection. The furniture's a bit old, but it was clean, so that's okay.

I loved the peaceful, quiet vibe of this place, and it's close to Shuhe Ancient Town, which was a big plus. My only suggestion would be to add a swimming pool - that would make it almost perfect.
