“Basic and overpriced.”
The staff were lovely once you figured out how to get into the property in the first place; we had to go into the bar to learn to use the door next door. The place is a hostel, which isn’t obvious from the booking, the accommodation was very basic, there was no toilet in the room so you had to walk down the hallway in the middle of the night to pee, the beds weren’t very comfortable, and it was overpriced for what it is.
The breakfast was very calm and well‑located, and the receptionist was kind and friendly, but there was no elevator.
I told them right then that we three could fit in a double room with an extra single bed, yet they insisted we pay for two rooms; I felt cheated and left.
The welcome was very friendly and the room was quite decent, giving a good value for money, but the hotel didn't offer breakfast service.
