The reception was fantastic - the guys at the front desk were super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a mess - not many options and it looked like a disaster.

I stayed in apartment 802, and in the middle of the night there was a very loud noise that disturbed my sleep, apparently from a central air conditioner, which made the experience much worse.
Everything was clean and organized! The room request process is disorganized; it could be improved.

I was never so poorly served at a hotel front desk; only one lady was helpful, the rest seemed unwilling to be there, which was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was simple.
