“OUTSTANDING”

I spent four days at this three‑story gem and it felt like a living postcard; the staff—available 24/7—went above and beyond with every request, and the gentle chirping of little birds, the lush trees, and the decor made the place feel like a calming playlist in motion. The food was generous and tasty, especially menu 2, and the massage was the best I've ever had. I’d recommend bringing tip money because you’ll want to thank everyone for the experience. A couple of tips: message ahead to get the exact location since Google Maps is a bit unreliable in Morocco, and if you’re arranging your own airport transfer, you might have to walk from a drop‑off point at the end of the street—Hamid or another staff member will meet you if you give them a number, or better yet, let the property handle your taxis and transfers. We also enjoyed the Ourika Valley trip and quad biking. No complaints—though some people were woken by the call to prayer, which is normal in the area.

“Perfect place for a group celebration.”

The venue was perfect for a 40th birthday with a handful of friends; we had the entire place to ourselves, and like many riads in Marrakesh, it carried a sense of fading grandeur. Hamid, a resident staff member, was incredibly friendly and helpful with our eclectic group, catering to our dietary needs at breakfast and ensuring we had everything we wanted. The riad doesn’t serve alcohol but allowed us to purchase our own from the supermarket. Jean‑Charles, whom I coordinated with beforehand, communicated clearly and efficiently. The massages and hammams were appreciated, and the 20‑30‑minute walk back from town at night felt safe and helped us unwind. Thank you!

“Un super séjour, bien trop court… on a déjà envie de revenir !”

Le personnel était vraiment au top : toujours aux petits soins, attentif, très gentil et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Un accueil chaleureux, un service irréprochable et des repas typiques vraiment délicieux !. Dommage que les massages et le hammam soient aussi « à la française », avec des soins très doux, car nous aurions apprécié une expérience plus traditionnelle et authentique. Autre petit bémol : pendant les massages, le personnel échangeait régulièrement entre elles, ce qui nuisait un peu à la détente et à l’immersion dans ce moment de bien-être

A charming riad with very pretty, well‑equipped rooms that make you feel like you’re in a cocoon. The staff are adorable, always at your service, and the meals are hearty and high quality. Nothing to add.
