The facility was amazing, the staff exceptional! Breakfast was too good…sooo many options.

The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, but the hotel starts from the 27th floor, with no presence at street level, which made me feel unsafe at first. I had to take an elevator from the ground to the 27th floor and then switch to the hotel room floors, which took too much time.
