Nothing. The hotel no longer exists and no one warned us! I asked for a refund multiple times but was ignored because we had to book new accommodation.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, finding it to be clean and well-maintained. However, I didn't encounter any issues during my visit, so I don't have any criticisms to share. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience.
