The only bright spot during our disastrous stay was the front desk staff, particularly Sam, who offered us a refund without us even asking. Unfortunately, that was the only redeeming quality of this hotel. The bathroom walls were covered in dried blood, the pool area was a mess with dried tobacco spit all over the water fountain, and the pool itself was freezing cold.

The hotel's staff were super friendly and helpful, which made up for the somewhat disappointing breakfast options. The selection was pretty limited, but the food was decent and the service at the breakfast buffet was top-notch. I was a bit surprised that a hotel of this size didn't have more variety for breakfast, but the staff made up for it with their warm smiles and willingness to help. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I'd definitely consider coming back.

We had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the staff were really friendly and our room was spotless and super comfy. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown - there just wasn't much to choose from and what was out was pretty limited. The pool area was another issue - the air was thick with chlorine and it was hard to stay in there for more than 15 minutes without getting a burning sensation in our eyes.

I've stayed at this place a few times before, but unfortunately, it's not holding up to its past standards. The price is still pretty reasonable, which is a major plus, but the issues we encountered were pretty significant. The pool area was basically unusable due to the extreme heat, humidity, and overpowering chlorine smell – it was like breathing in a chemical factory.

The hotel's location was a major plus – it was just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to get around. However, the overall state of the property was a letdown. The indoor pool and hot tub, which were supposed to be a highlight, were in a pretty sorry state. The pool area was cluttered and the hot tub was cloudy, which was a shame considering how convenient the hotel's location was.
