Very good location and courteous staff. The hotel is excellently located – right next to the beach and within walking distance of many venues and restaurants. The hotel itself is refreshed and maintained, but according to us it still needs a more serious renovation to reach a more modern level. Breakfast was good and offered enough variety. We would like to highlight the staff – both at the reception and in the restaurant – all were very polite, responsive, and ready to help. In the room there was initially no fridge, but after we asked, they immediately provided a small portable fridge, which was a great gesture and showed the staff’s willingness to assist. Overall, our stay was pleasant, mainly thanks to the fantastic location and the good attitude of the staff. With a bit more serious renovation the hotel could offer an even better experience.

The beds were super comfy and the room stayed spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay a real pleasure. Breakfast had tasty cornetti and hard‑boiled eggs. The hotel sits close to the beach, and the late check‑in option was a huge plus. Inside, it was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The balcony was great for drying beach towels and other gear. The external shutters were a nice touch: they cut down nighttime noise and kept the room cooler during the day. On the downside, the neighborhood can get noisy, but that’s expected near the lively beach area. Some furnishings feel a bit dated and could use a refresh. The air conditioning was old, noisy, and not very efficient, making it hard to cool the room. Breakfast was decent, but some ingredients seemed low quality; upping the quality would improve the overall experience.

The staff were friendly. The bathroom didn’t work well, and the hotel has no parking, even though I had requested a parking‑included hotel.
