I was really pleased with how well Marzia handled communication and how helpful she was, but the air conditioning had issues that were eventually fixed to my satisfaction.

The location is very central and everything is easily reachable on foot; the staff were very friendly, yet the internet in the bedroom was completely dead and it got pretty loud on the street at night.

The location is outstanding and the building itself is very beautiful, but there is no elevator, only two ramps.
