Both rooms were very spacious, had good beds, and were in good condition. One of the booked rooms was located above a smelly garbage container, and opening the window was not possible.

The location was good, the staff on site were friendly, and overall the price was acceptable. However, my room was double‑booked, and I could only move into a different room because the other guest was willing to switch. The shower head was broken. Initially I didn’t receive a Wi‑Fi password. At temperatures above 30 °C there was no fan in the room, and neither TV reception nor streaming worked on the television. An hour before check‑out, a cleaning staff member surprised me in my room; I’m not blaming them—they were very friendly and not at fault. I had sent all these issues to the property by email, but never received a reply, which was the most disappointing part. The organization definitely needs urgent improvement.

The room was a decent size, but I could only get in after meeting the father of an employee at the hotel; it took more than 45 minutes to get a response. I’m grateful that the son ensured I could enter. The automated messages didn’t work.

Because it’s in the city, we booked for two adults but received only one pillow, one towel, and one bath towel; hand soap was missing. After 30 minutes of silence I went to the front desk, but no one was there; I called both numbers several times and no one answered. In the meantime I booked another night. The next day still no one was at the front desk; after multiple calls I finally got a response and told them I’d stay another night. They gave me the same room with a partial cleaning, but the room was still not cleaned at all—I took more pictures. I called again and argued, then they gave me a different room, but aside from the bed everything was fine. Toilet paper was only for one use, hand soap for two uses, and there was still a brownish thing on the bed—disturbing pictures are available. In the evening, while I was half‑naked in bed, another guest entered the room, which startled me. I called the staff again, but no one answered. I couldn’t leave the room that day because of my valuables and clothes. I researched the pension in the area and heard from a couple of people that the owner only paid the cleaning staff partially. I would not recommend this hotel; if you want, I can send you the pictures. The window missing a handle, automatic blinds don’t lift or lower properly.
