Super friendly, they made us feel very safe staying with them. The room was huge, and extra points for having an elevator in Italy. Great location. I would have loved a protein option at breakfast.

The air conditioning and location were good. The rude, very blunt receptionist left a bad impression of the staff, the fridge didn’t work, and the bathroom was dirty.

Location and elevator, plus the host’s warm hospitality. The shower and tub area is a bit small and water can splash a little, but it doesn’t affect the overall stay.
