The staff were available and helpful, the location was very good, there was a iron, and soap at breakfast. There were no toilet paper rolls, finishing was lacking (seams, paint), and the fridge wasn’t cold enough.

The hotel staff were really nice and friendly. The elevators were small when you travel with wheelchairs, and the hotel room clearly hears hallway noise and normal conversation.

The room space was acceptable and it was near the underground. The room service was poor; for two days my room wasn’t cleaned and the towels were dirty. The overall service was not that great compared to same‑grade hotels.

The location was convenient for the Royal Park half marathon, the quiet room on the top floor was roadside, and it was clean. A complimentary bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated.

The location near Hyde Park was good with easy access to both buses and the subway. The staff were pleasant, and the beds were comfortable.
