Breakfast is a hassle; you have to make do with the few items offered by the piazza bar, which also has no clear opening hours.

The experience was disappointing. The address listed on Booking was wrong and sent us to another town, wasting a lot of time until the lady finally sent us the correct one. When we arrived, the hot water took over an hour to arrive and the pressure was so low that showering was difficult. The accommodation was dusty and the bed had a duvet even though temperatures were high. Breakfast, which was included, was not offered automatically; we had to ask for it and were directed to a bar with a very limited selection that had no milk or lactose‑free options. Overall, the stay fell far below expectations.

The atmosphere feels like home—warm and welcoming. Manuela is an excellent host; she had the house ready and warm when we arrived, is attentive, and even recommends local spots for dinner. Highly recommended! Nothing negative.

We loved staying in San Martino d'Agri. Emanunela is very friendly. The place is fantastic for those who enjoy peace and quiet. We recommend it!
