Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The staff were very nice and the location was great for my plans. When I entered the room, the radiator was off and the window was wide open; after closing the window and turning the radiator on, I returned four hours later and it was still freezing cold.

The location and bar were great. The room itself was poor: the blinds were buckled and broken, the shower head was dreadful and old, and the corridor floorboards creaked so badly that we woke up a few times at night. The receptionist at check‑in seemed annoyed by my questions, so I didn’t ask everything. To reach the bar, you have to leave the hotel and walk down the side of the building; it’s not a long walk but it was pouring rain and felt unnecessary.

The venue has been updated from the photos, the staff are amazing, the restaurant food is exceptional, and the bed is comfy and very clean; I would definitely stay again. No complaints.

Since my last visit, the rooms have been updated and freshened up. Nothing else was an issue; everything was fine.
