The staff were super friendly, and the location is fantastic. However, we had a major issue with the Wi-Fi, which never worked for us, and the bathroom design is a bit of a problem - there's no curtain or screen to separate the shower from the toilet, so everything gets soaked. And to make matters worse, the bed has a plastic mattress cover that makes it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

We loved the location - it's just two blocks from the center of town - and the receptionist, Monserrat, was super attentive and friendly. However, there are a couple of issues that need sorting out. The hot water takes ages to come on, so you end up wasting a lot of water waiting for it. And it would be great if they had a curtain to separate the shower from the toilet, because everything gets soaked.
The rooms are really cozy and have a great original design. Unfortunately, there's nothing to say about the negatives - it's all positives here.
