A warm welcome and a spacious room were great, but it took ages for hot water to arrive in the shower and there was no hair dryer in the room.
“3. Advent Winterzauber Weihnachtsmarkt 2025”
I loved the hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw away from the festive Winterzauber Christmas market - it was a real treat. However, getting to the hotel was a bit of a hassle, with a rather lengthy and inconvenient route to the parking lot. Despite this, the hotel's proximity to the market made it well worth the extra effort.
“sehr schön”
The hotel's ambiance was truly exceptional, and our room was beautifully appointed - we felt right at home. That being said, I was a bit let down by the breakfast offerings, which could have been more extensive, especially in the mornings. With a bit more attention to the breakfast spread, this hotel could really shine.
I was quite disappointed with the value for money at this hotel. The room was lacking some basic amenities, like a hair dryer, and the bathroom ventilation was incredibly loud, running throughout the night and disrupting my sleep. Given the high price, I expected a lot more in terms of comfort and convenience. Overall, it felt like I was overpaying for a subpar experience.
“Property is good, but need to maintain it and update the reception staff”
I was initially impressed by the hotel's appearance, but my excitement was short-lived as I struggled to find my room after a 25-minute wait. The reception area was unattended, and my key was left in a postbox, making it a challenge to locate my accommodation. To make matters worse, the floor was not clean, which was a major letdown.
