“Agradable pero falta de servicios”
The pool was pretty. The room was clean. There was no hot water in the bathroom and the sink leaked. I also couldn’t turn on the TV.
Nothing positive. Everything was negative.
Beyond the property itself, the platform should also display the insurance fee of $200 pesos to avoid any confusion about the amount to pay.
The place is comfortable. The façade needs maintenance, towels are too few and small, and they don’t allow bottled water.
“En general bien”
The staff were very friendly, but the pool water was extremely cold.
