The staff accommodated our request for Kate to check in, and the furniture and decor were pretty. The layout didn’t match the pictures, and though the decor looked nice it had a musty odor. Dogs were on the property, but that wasn’t mentioned beforehand. The location was very far from town, making it hard to get taxis, so it’s not recommended if you’re not mobile.

I was really happy with my stay, mainly because it was so quiet. The house was also super unique in its decor, and I loved the vibe. The only thing that would've made it better was if they had coffee and tea in the room, but I guess that's a small price to pay for the peace and quiet. The only downside was that it was raining, so I didn't get to explore the place as much as I would've liked.

If you're looking for a place that's a bit off the beaten path, this is a good option. It's not too busy, and it's a nice change of pace from the usual tourist traps.

I was really impressed with the room – it was spacious and easy to access. The tranquility of the place was also a big plus. The only downside was that the road leading up to the property was a bit of a challenge to drive on.

I was really happy with the beds – they were super comfortable, clean, and warm. I also loved the quietness of the place. However, there were a few things that needed attention. The lodge could've done with a good cleaning, and there were spider webs all over the place. The garden was also a bit of a mess, and it was dark at night because there were no lights. We had to ask for bleach to get rid of the smell in our room, but it did the trick.
