The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel like home. However, the parking area was a bit hazardous, and I experienced a minor collision with another car in the tight spaces. Fortunately, the insurance company representative arrived promptly to assist with the claims process.

The bed was comfortable, but the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I was expecting a higher level of hygiene, and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations.

I was pleased with the hotel's location and the friendly staff, who made an effort to communicate with me despite their limited English skills. They also provided me with a free bicycle, which was a nice touch. However, the hotel's soundproofing was lacking, and I was disturbed by the noise from the neighboring rooms, which were hosting a party. Additionally, the room wasn't spotless, and I found some unwanted hair and spiders.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional welcome, kindness, and availability of the staff. The room was extremely pleasant, featuring a king-size bed and top-notch bedding. The breakfast area was cozy, and the hotel's proximity to a local market with great products was a bonus. There were plenty of nearby restaurants serving local flavors. I wouldn't change a thing and look forward to my next visit.

Everything about my stay was impressive, from the immaculate toilet to the modern facilities. However, I encountered some difficulties due to the language barrier with the receptionist, who didn't speak English. It was a bit challenging to communicate, but overall, the hotel's amenities made up for it.
