Everything feels ultra‑luxurious and flawless, the room is huge and I even got upgraded to a suite, but the air‑conditioning was painfully cold during breakfast this morning.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff during my stay. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, which made a huge difference in my overall experience. However, I did notice that the hotel's amenities could be improved upon, particularly in terms of the selection of in-room entertainment options.

While I did enjoy the casino and the spacious room, my overall experience was dampened by several issues. The international food option was closed, the road leading to the resort was in poor condition, with a long stretch of dirt road filled with potholes, and the resort's distance from town was a significant drawback.
