The hotel’s location in the border area between Tirol and Kärnten is ideal; the front‑desk staff are very helpful, the dining is perfect, and the service is reliable and tidy. Nothing to add.

The location is great, and the suite is very nice and spacious. The dinner portions are very small, and the lunch selection is very limited.

We were completely delighted with our stay and felt very comfortable from the first to the last minute. Our room was really top – spacious, modern, and very tastefully furnished. We especially want to highlight the entire staff: from reception to service to the head chef were all incredibly attentive, warm, and accommodating. A special thank you goes to the head chef. Because of my food intolerance, he personally coordinated with me and naturally accommodated it. That was far from routine and made the stay even more pleasant. We also liked the wellness area very much: modern, nicely designed, with many pleasant lounge and rest options. An outdoor pool would have been the icing on the cake for us. The hotel’s location is also perfect – right by the gondola. That allowed us to leave the car during our stay and reach everything conveniently on foot or by gondola. Our conclusion: A big thank you to the entire great team! You can see that hospitality really lives here. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! ❤️Tomislav and Nikolina
