I recently had a frustrating experience with the hotel's payment system, which failed to process my payment. Although they promised a refund, I haven't received any updates or clarity on the status for almost a month. To make matters worse, they're now asking for a review, which seems quite insensitive given the situation. The app's functionality is clearly flawed, and I would advise against using it.

The hotel's bed was one of the highlights of my stay, but unfortunately, it was not enough to make up for the lack of basic amenities. Specifically, there were no blankets provided, which made for a chilly night's sleep. It's surprising that such a basic need was overlooked, considering the hotel's otherwise decent facilities.
